Your impact as an ERP architect

You operate at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and system architecture. You step into organizations while they’re in full motion, listen to how the business really works, and sculpt a blueprint that connects every moving part into one clear direction.

  • Think A → Z: understand how every business process fits together and foresee the implications of each design decision.
  • Shape the full blueprint: translate organizational goals into an Odoo architecture that is cohesive, scalable, and future-proof.
  • Guide clients through change: challenge existing ways of working, explain alternatives clearly, and convince stakeholders why one direction is better than another.
  • Detect impact: understand that no ERP choice is ever local — everything is connected.
  • Compare systems intelligently: evaluate when and how Odoo is the right solution (or not), based on your broader application knowledge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Project Managers & consultants, providing direction while keeping the helicopter view.
  • Perform QA during implementation: ensure the delivered configurations match the architectural intent and agreed blueprint.
  • Handle C-level conversations: engage confidently with Cx0s and board members using a solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet logic, and financial workflows.
  • Manage multiple analysis tracks at the same time, depending on scope and complexity.

Who are you

  • You have a master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical mindset & structured end-to-end process thinking
  • Experience with ERP / Odoo
  • Broad ERP exposure — ideally across multiple systems or domains
  • Ability to reason through complex business and IT interactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Change management awareness & the ability to challenge clients respectfully
  • Comfort interacting at C-level
  • Solid understanding of financial fundamentals 
  •  Bonus points if you have an APICS/PICS certification.
