Then you’re in the right place with us! As a Consultant at Dynapps, you’ll work closely with our customers to analyze, optimize and digitize their finance processes. You will work for various and diverse clients, building long-term relationships. You’ll take the lead: from functional analysis, advising on business processes and solution design to successful implementation — all while guiding your clients through every step of change. - You will analyze your clients' financial business processes, start up accounting files, provide support during financial audits or month-end closings, and much more.
- You’re creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and additional improvement proposals.
- You will be the advisory partner to the client, collaborating on finding the best solution in Odoo.
- Is everything clear? Great! In that case, you create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical colleagues.
- You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
- In consultation with the client, you configure the software and set up the ERP environment.
- You’ll test and validate the environment your colleagues build, making sure it matches the expectations and requirements discussed with the client.
- Along the way, you coach the client through trainings sessions, clear documentation and workflows, guiding key users step by step through the change process.
- You're not on your own. You’ll work closely with your colleagues, since most implementations require teamwork and additional features.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You have a strong affinity with AI, as it is becoming increasingly important in the role.
- You excel in understanding your clients' needs.
- You understand the importance of clear and accurate documentation/administration.
- You radiate passion, are entrepreneurial, and not afraid to make decisions.
- You enjoy communication both within your team and with clients.
- You love diving into complex issues and coming up with creative solutions.
- You have experience as a finance analyst, accountant, business analyst, ERP analyst, or in a similar role.
- You have experience with implementations, business process optimization, or functional management
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English
