Dynapps N.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Dynapps”, “we”, “us” and “our”) understands how important privacy is to you and respects your privacy. Please read this privacy policy carefully. It explains:

1. Which data we collect

The categories of personal data we may collect include, but are not limited to:

  • Identification and contact details: first and last name, email address when using our contact form.
  • Data related to the provision of our products and services and related prospecting activities: quotations, invoices, payment details, delivered products and services, contracts, etc.
  • Marketing data and data related to the use of our website and social media: marketing preferences, opt-in and opt-out requests, participation in events organised by Dynapps, posts on social media platforms operated by us (Facebook, Instagram, blogs, forums, etc.), browser type, language preference, IP address, etc.
  • Data related to complaints and requests submitted and their handling.


2. How we collect your data

We collect personal data in various ways, including personal data we receive:

  • directly from the data subject;
  • from other parties, for example when our customer or supplier is a company and the data subject is designated by that company as a contact person, or when we must process personal data in the context of providing services to the data subject’s employer;
  • through the data subject’s use of our website, social media and other tools;
  • from publicly available sources (IP address, time of visit, number of requests on the website).


3. How we use your data

The personal data we process always depend on the specific circumstances, such as the nature of the service or product to be provided, the legal obligations to which we are subject, our legitimate interests, or the specific consent you have given.

We process your personal data in the following scenarios based on the performance of a contract and/or our legitimate interests:

  • providing products or services to our (potential) customers;
  • processing in the context of our administrative, accounting and corporate law obligations;
  • internal risk analyses, audits, quality and security controls;
  • Marketing direct.

We have a legitimate interest in processing personal data of our customers or contact persons at our customers for sending advertising messages, newsletters, invitations to commercial events and similar communications by electronic means, provided these relate to similar products or services. You have the right to object to such processing at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on legitimate interest prior to the exercise of your right. We process the following data based on your consent:

  • Direct marketing: with your consent, we process your email address and/or telephone number for marketing purposes.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies when you navigate our website, and with your consent we use non-essential cookies for marketing and analytical purposes.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. See section 7 for more information.


4. To whom we disclose your personal data

Your personal data may be processed or accessed in the countries/regions where Dynapps’ service providers, processors or commercial partners are located.

If there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the destination country, appropriate safeguards will be applied as described in Article 46 of the GDPR. Such transfers and safeguards will be documented in accordance with Article 30 of the GDPR. These safeguards may include, for example, standard contractual clauses to protect the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and to ensure an equivalent level of data protection, even where EU data protection law does not apply directly.


5. How long we retain your data

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the scenario, product or service.

We determine retention periods by taking into account:

  • the time necessary to retain personal data for business purposes, including providing products and services;
  • maintaining related transaction and business records;
  • monitoring and improving the performance and quality of products and services;
  • ensuring the security of systems, products and services;
  • handling potential questions or complaints from customers or other stakeholders;
  • legal, contractual and regulatory data retention requirements;
  • industry-specific retention standards.

 Public data are retained for a maximum period of one year.


6. How we secure your data

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data we process, including but not limited to:

  • establishing and maintaining information security and data protection policies and procedures;
  • risk and incident assessment and management;
  • technical security controls such as information classification, access control and authentication methods, physical/environmental/network perimeter controls, encryption, anonymisation, pseudonymisation or segmentation technologies, intrusion detection and prevention technologies, monitoring and anti-malware software, data backups, business continuity and disaster recovery;
  • assessment of suppliers’ information security programmes;
  • awareness-raising and training initiatives;
  • participation in security certification processes and audits.


7. How you can exercise your rights as a data subject

Depending on the processing activities and legal basis, you have several rights to maintain control over your personal data:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to object to processing;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to withdraw previously given consent;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

These rights are not absolute. In certain circumstances, we may be entitled or legally obliged to continue processing your personal data and may therefore not be able to fully comply with your request. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.

You may exercise these rights free of charge, except in cases of abuse, in which case we may charge reasonable administrative costs.

If, in our relationship with our customer from whom we received your data, we act only as a processor, we will inform you accordingly and you must direct your request to exercise your rights to that customer.

8.  Amendments to this privacy policy

In connection with the further development of our website, products and services, as well as changes in applicable legislation, we may update this privacy policy. We therefore recommend reviewing it periodically. The most recent version is always available on our website.

Employee Privacy Policy

Dynapps N.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Dynapps”, “we”, “us” and “our”) understands how important privacy is to you and respects your privacy.

This privacy policy explains how Dynapps, as data controller, processes employees’ personal data in the context of its activities. This policy supplements the public privacy policy and therefore contains the most important changes. We may amend this policy from time to time if necessary.


1. Which data we collect

The categories of personal data we may collect include, but are not limited to:

  • Identification and contact details: first and last name, username, address, telephone and/or mobile number, email address, national register number, passport number, identity card number, copy of passport or identity card, company number, BIS register number, licence plate number, etc.
  • Personal details and family composition data: gender, age, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, immigration status, marital status, marriage or form of cohabitation, name of spouse or partner, names of children, number of children, dependants, marriage date, date of cohabitation contract, date of divorce, etc.

2. How we use your data

In certain cases, we have a legal obligation to process specific personal data, for example:

  • as an employer, we are required to collect certain employee data in the context of labour law and social security and social protection legislation.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. See section 7 of the public privacy policy for more information.

Dynapps N.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Dynapps”, “we”, “us” and “our”) understands how important privacy is to you and respects your privacy.

This privacy policy explains how Dynapps, as data controller, processes applicants’ personal data in the context of its activities. We may amend this policy from time to time if necessary.


2.  Which personal data do we process?

The personal data we process include, but are not limited to:

  • Identification and contact details: first and last name, address, telephone and/or mobile number, email address.
  • Personal details and family composition data: gender, age, date of birth, place of birth, nationality.


3.  How do we collect your personal data?

As a general rule, we collect personal data directly from you.

We will only collect, process or use personal data insofar as permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations and in line with the purposes for which they were collected.


4. For which purposes do we process your personal data

We may process your personal data, including but not limited to, for the following purposes:

  • during the recruitment and selection process.


5. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

We may process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • preparation for and conclusion of an employment contract and related agreements;
  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • your consent, for example for data you voluntarily provide or for inclusion in our recruitment reserve;
  • our legitimate interests, such as compliance with administrative and corporate law obligations.


6.  To whom do we disclose your personal data?

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may share your personal data with:

  • our employees and collaborators involved in the recruitment and evaluation process;
  • our service providers (including ICT providers and social-law service providers);
  • other parties that require access to your personal data.


7.  How are your personal data protected?

8.  How long are your personal data retained?

Data of non-selected applicants are retained after completion of the recruitment procedure in order to possibly recontact them for future vacancies. These data are retained for three years, after which renewed consent will be requested.

Data of selected applicants are added to the employee’s personnel file. In this case, we refer to our employee privacy policy.


9. What are your rights as a data subject?

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you have the following rights:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to object to processing;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to withdraw previously given consent;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
