Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead Dynapps’ Marketing across all regions. 

Your mission: define clear positioning, sharpen our value proposition, and drive sustainable pipeline growth. With Odoo adoption accelerating, you’ll craft and execute integrated marketing strategies - combining inbound and outbound efforts to reach SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients. 

You’ll collaborate closely with country MDs and report directly to the CEO, reflecting the international scope of your role.

 


What you'll take ownership of

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy, translating it into actionable campaigns that boost visibility and lead generation.
  • Refine our value proposition and messaging for different markets and maturity levels.
  • Act as brand owner, ensuring consistent identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and oversee event strategy: organize client and prospect events, represent Dynapps at key industry and Odoo events, and ensure strong brand presence.
  • Lead content and storytelling, ensuring consistency, and impact across all channels.
  • Guide and align local marketing teams with group strategy and country needs.
  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline, MQLs, and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain all marketing templates - including presentation decks, one-pagers, case studies, and quotation templates - ensuring brand alignment across teams.
  • Support HR in employer branding initiatives to strengthen Dynapps’ profile as a workplace.
  • Own marketing budget, allocating resources across markets and channels.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing’s tech stack (including Odoo, Looker Studio, Notion).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance to continuously improve results and ROI.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring quality and alignment with our goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to keep Dynapps’ positioning relevant.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B software marketing (ERP, SaaS, or enterprise tech preferred).
  • Strong background in demand generation, both inbound and outbound.
  • Expertise in positioning, value proposition design, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with international teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into decisions.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
