Claude
Anthropic's AI assistant. We chose Claude because it is highly effective at handling professional tasks and manages company data reliably. Your team uses Claude through Cowork, a desktop application designed for knowledge workers, as a complement to your existing tools.
Skills
A skill refers to a predefined set of steps for a recurring task; Claude therefore carries it out the same way every time, following our best practices. You describe what you want in plain language, and Claude selects the appropriate skill. For example: creating a quote from an opportunity in Odoo.
MCP Connector
The bridge between Claude and Odoo. Thanks to this bridge, Claude can read and modify your actual CRM, sales, inventory, and accounting data. Without this connection, the AI remains a general-purpose assistant with no information about your company’s context.

Governance and transfer
Once the governance document and the manager's guide have been finalized, a final review is conducted, followed by a complete handover of the reference materials, documentation, and training materials.
