The basics
Three concepts you should know.
Claude
Anthropic’s AI assistant. We chose Claude because it’s effective at handling business tasks and processes company data reliably. Your team uses it through Cowork, a desktop application designed for business teams, as a complement to your existing tools.
Skill
A skill is a structured set of know-how for a recurring task. Claude applies it the same way every time, in accordance with our best practices. You describe what you want in everyday language, and Claude selects the appropriate skill. For example: creating a quote from a sales opportunity in Odoo.
MCP Connector
The bridge between Claude and Odoo. Thanks to this bridge, Claude can read and modify your actual data in the CRM, sales, inventory, and accounting systems. Without this connection, the AI remains a general-purpose assistant with no knowledge of your company’s context.
The kit is based on Claude, which we recommend, but the integration isn't limited to that. Gemini can also be integrated for teams that are already using it.

Framing and setup
Agreement signed, project lead assigned, Claude subscription active, and access approved. We’ll train your team on AI and Claude, then set up GitHub, Cowork, and the MCP connector. Together, we’ll choose your three skills.
Visual identity skill and primary skill
We develop your visual identity module and provide you with the first module selected from the catalog, connected to your Odoo data via the MCP connector.
Remaining skills and midterm review
A midterm review is scheduled to make any necessary adjustments. The selected competencies 2 and 3 are then developed, communicated, and validated.
Governance and transfer of authority
Once the governance document and the manager's guide have been finalized, a final review is conducted, followed by a complete handover of the repository, documentation, and training materials. The ecosystem is now operational.
