Implementation blueprint.
Before anything gets configured, we map how your business actually runs and run a fit-gap analysis against Odoo's standard capabilities. This is where industry knowledge matters most. Consultants who know your sector challenge assumptions, simplify workflows, and identify where Odoo fits out of the box versus where it needs to be extended.
The blueprint is a concrete deliverable. A scoped, validated plan: process design, data migration strategy, integration requirements, realistic timeline. The foundation everything else builds on.
Implementation & go-live.
With the blueprint signed off, we configure Odoo against the agreed design. Build runs in sprints, not in silence. You see progress in your own data, in your own workflows, against the milestones agreed in the blueprint phase.
Before go-live, your team validates the system on real scenarios. We migrate data, train end users, and run a structured cutover. After go-live, we stay on hand. The weeks when the system meets reality and the questions come fastest are not the weeks to be left alone.

This depends on the size of your organisation and the number of sites involved. We move from current-state mapping to a validated future design, covering data flows, roles, and the processes specific to your industry. You end up with a concrete implementation plan, not just slides.
An industry-led project manager and consultants who know your sector. As scope expands, we add functional and technical specialists for the relevant modules. The lead consultants from the blueprint stay on the project through go-live.
Good. We will validate your selection against the blueprint findings, not start from zero. Sometimes the modules you picked are exactly right. Sometimes one or two need rethinking once we map the processes. Either way, the blueprint phase is short enough that validating costs little, and the cost of skipping it is high.
Phased go-lives are common, especially in multi-site or multi-country setups. The blueprint spells out the sequence, the dependencies, and what runs in parallel during the transition. Big-bang go-lives only where the timeline genuinely justifies the risk.
