One Odoo across sales, purchasing, accounting: four-month cutover.
Ready to Brand, a Swiss distributor of corporate clothing, professional textiles and promotional products, went live on Odoo on 1 January 2022 with Dynapps, ending a multi-year search for a single system that covers sales, purchasing and accounting in one place. The platform has been live for four years, with a v15 to v18 migration in August 2025.

Before Dynapps stepped in.
Ready to Brand is a founder-led Swiss distributor of corporate clothing, professional textiles and promotional products, set up by Claude Progin and his associates to cover the whole of Switzerland. By the time Claude Progin sat down with Dynapps in 2021, the company had been looking to change its IT system for several years. What he wanted was a single program that pulled sales, purchasing and accounting under one roof, with processes precise enough to fit a distribution business that runs on quotes, supplier orders, invoices and a long tail of items moving through the warehouse.

What Ready to Brand runs on Odoo: sales, purchasing, accounting and document archiving.
Ready to Brand runs on a single Odoo backbone covering sales, purchasing and accounting, chosen because it brought all three into one program for the first time. The purchasing flow is the one Claude Progin singles out: every step from supplier offer to final invoice now lives in the same file, which he calls the most visible time saving of the switch. The implementation also added centralised document archiving across purchase, sales, customer-invoice and supplier-invoice documents, with remote access for every user and shared notes on each file. Kick-off was October 2021, go-live on 1 January 2022, followed by a three- to four-month stabilisation phase with Dynapps consultants embedded alongside the Ready to Brand team. Nine people worked on the engagement on the Dynapps side, with one point of contact at Ready to Brand. The platform now serves 13 active users.
Modules: sales, purchasing, accounting, centralised document archiving (purchase, sales, customer & supplier invoices), remote access, shared file notes.
We were really wary of changing IT system, but with the support Dynapps gave us through the project, it went really well, and now we are really happy we made the switch.

Claude Progin
Product Owner, 50FiveThe numbers
By 2022, sales, purchasing and accounting ran on one Odoo platform.
The multi-year search ended on 1 January 2022. Sales, purchasing and accounting run in one Odoo program for the first time, with the supplier-offer-to-invoice flow living in a single file and every purchase, sales, customer and supplier document archived in the same place, reachable remotely. Four years on, the platform has carried a v15 to v18 migration without leaving that single backbone.

From ‘who has the latest version?’ to ‘what’s next on this file?’
The shift Ready to Brand describes is one of default question. Before the switch, the question every transaction raised was 'where does this document live, and who has the latest version?' After the switch, the question is 'what should we do next on this file?', because the document, the conversation around it and the next step all sit in the same place, accessible to anyone in the company from anywhere. Four years on, that posture is measurable: month-end close halved, and 21,372 transactional documents flowing through one platform across thirteen users.
